By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your transactions on eBay are compliant with all applicable policies created by eBay. Payment: Payments are only made through through eBay Managed Payments with immediate payment on our Buy It Now listings. For Auctions and Best Offers we require payment within 3 days from the end of the listing. If payment is not made, an unpaid reminder will be sent and a unpaid strike will be given.

Shipping: We ship our orders within 3 business days after payment is received. All of our orders come with free tracking that is emailed to you immediately after we ship out. Orders with Free Shipping are shipped via USPS. You can upgrade to Priority or UPS Ground for an additional cost.

International Shipping: We ship through USPS Simple Export Rates or DHL International.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE POST OFFICE SOMETIMES WILL HOLD PACKAGES FOR CUSTOM FEES. Your country may charge their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. These charges are not included in your shipping price.

eBay’s International Policy

Terms of Sale: Returns are honored within 30 days of tracking showing delivered to you. We absolutely DO NOT allow returns on items marked “AS-IS.” All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of opening the return. Returns MUST arrive in its original condition. If product does not arrive in same condition as received a restocking fee of 50% will be charged and shipping will not be refunded. All other returns will receive a 30% restocking fee and shipping WILL NOT be refunded. No restocking will be charged if product is received defective. If your item arrives defective we ask that you send us pictures and explain what is wrong with the item.

Feedback: If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate a 5 star feedback. If you feel you need to leave a negative or neutral feedback, we ask you to contact us first so that we have the opportunity to make it 100% right and solve any problems or disputes.
